2.0How to return a board

1. Email info@chervilrow.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the board you would like to return.
2. We reply with confirmation and packing tips. Please wait for this before posting anything, so we can match your parcel to your order.
3. Wrap the board well (the original box and padding are ideal) and send it to the address below with a tracked service.
4. Keep the tracking number and send it to us so we can watch for your parcel.

Boards should be clean and in the condition you received them. Return postage is paid by you, unless the board was faulty or we sent the wrong design.

3.0Return address

All returns go to our registered company address:

Please don't send a board back to the address on the shipping label or to a carrier depot, as those parcels may not reach us.

4.0Refunds

Once your board arrives and has been checked, we email you and issue the refund to your original payment method, usually within 3 business days. Banks and card issuers then take a further 5-10 business days to show it. The original shipping charge is refundable if the return is due to our error.

5.0Broken, faulty or wrong

If a board arrives cracked, chipped or not the design you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos, including the outer box. Please don't return broken glass; we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

6.0Exchanges

Want a different design instead? Tell us in your return email. The quickest route is usually to place a new order for the board you prefer and return the first one for a refund.

7.0Gifts

If you received a board as a gift, you can return it too. Email us with the order number or the buyer's name, and we will refund the buyer or, if they prefer, arrange a store credit for you.
