We don't sell customer lists. However, the Meta pixel on our site may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California and other US state laws. To opt out, email info@chervilrow.com with the subject "Opt out" and the email address you use with us. We will stop that sharing for your details and confirm by reply.

2.0Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser.

3.0Cookies

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies at any time. Blocking all cookies may stop the bag and checkout working, but blocking advertising cookies won't affect shopping.

4.0Ads on Facebook and Instagram

In your Meta account, open Settings, then Accounts Center and Ad preferences, to control whether activity from other websites is used to show you ads.

5.0Marketing emails

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Order and shipping emails will still reach you, because they are part of delivering your purchase.

6.0Access, correction and deletion

Email info@chervilrow.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it. We will confirm your identity using your order details and reply within the time the law allows. Using these rights will never affect the price or service you receive.
