1.0Shipping costs
| Order total | Shipping |
|---|---|
| Under $100 | $7.99 flat rate, wherever you are |
| $100 or more | Free |
The same rates apply worldwide. Your total is shown at checkout before you pay.
2.0Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3.0Delivery times
| Destination | Estimated delivery after dispatch |
|---|---|
| United States | 5-9 business days |
| Rest of the world | 10-20 business days |
These are carriers' estimates, and busy seasons or bad weather can add a few days.
4.0Packaging
Glass needs care in transit, so each board is packed in a rigid box with protective corners and padding. If your parcel looks crushed or damaged when it arrives, take a photo before opening it; it helps us sort things out quickly.
5.0Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
6.0Tracking and missing parcels
Every parcel has tracking. If yours seems stuck, shows as delivered but isn't with you, or has been returned to us, email info@chervilrow.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't redirect a parcel once it has left us.
7.0Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to send a board back. See our Refund Policy for how it works.
